Link an app once on your Proofable profile. Supported agents and jobs use the same approved connection instead of reconnecting in every tool. Connecting Cursor, Claude, or another assistant to Proofable signs that host into your profile. Connections holds the apps your agents work in.
1

Open Connections

Sign in at proofable.me and open Connections from your profile.
2

Pick an app

Choose the app the work needs.
3

Choose capabilities

Turn on only what the agent needs. For Gmail that can be Read, Send, and Drafts, with Delete off unless you turn it on.
4

Connect

Click Connect and finish the provider’s sign-in window.
You can link more than one account per app, and each connection is separate. Change capabilities any time. Removing one takes effect immediately. Adding one that needs broader provider permissions can require reconnecting.

Add a custom MCP server

For an app that exposes its own MCP server, open Connections, click Add connection, and paste the server URL, plus an API key if it needs one.

Use a connection

Ask in chat or in a job:
  • “Read my latest emails”
  • “Find the Q3 roadmap in Drive”
  • “Send a Slack message to engineering”
  • “Create a GitHub issue for this bug”
If an app isn’t linked yet, the assistant tells you to open Connections.

The same connections everywhere

Security

  • Proofable does not store provider sign-in tokens.
  • Only the capabilities you enable can run.
  • Sends, creates, and deletes still pass through your agent’s permissions.
  • Every action is saved as a result you can review.
Disconnect any account from Connections.
